30 Rock Live Episode October 14

30 Rock Live episode
This is what I like to hear… “30 Rock” will air a live episode on October 14, according to NBC. “Tina Fey is up for it, coming from Saturday Night Live,” NBC President of Primetime Entertainment, Angela Bromsted, said at the Television Critics Association today.

Bromstead commented, “We’re doing as much as we can to garner attention for this show so it can stay true to them creatively. I think it’s a great idea.”

A live 30 Rock is definitely a ratings gimmick, but sounds like comic gold waiting to happen.

Cheyenne Jackson joins Glee
More Glee casting news! Cheyenne Jackson, fresh off a guest starring gig on 30 Rock, has landed a pretty little part over on Glee.

Cheyenne Jackson will play the new Vocal Adrenaline coach, since Rachel’s mom (played by Idina Menzel) left the rival singing group coaching job behind.

Idina Menzel fans can be assured that she will be returning to Glee as well. Phew!

What do you think about all the recent Glee casting news? Are you a Cheyenne fan?
