Spending nearly all of her free time with her new beau, Kate Hudson was spotted arriving to Alex Rodriguez’s apartment in New York City on Friday (July 3).
Joined by a couple of friends and her son, Ryder Robinson, the “Fool’s Gold” babe looked cute as she hopped out of a cab and made her way inside for the day’s visit.
It was like a scene out of a James Bond movie last week, as Madonna and Alex Rodriguez secretly jetted off in two private helicopters for a quick and cozy rendezvous in the Hamptons, Page Six has learned.
Instead of booking a motel room, the two headed straight to Jerry Seinfeld’s waterfront mansion, where they relaxed in luxury for several hours.
“The Seinfelds have been friends with Madonna for years. They’re neighbors on the West Side, so it’s really no surprise,” said an insider. “And Jerry and [wife] Jessica go to her concerts whenever she’s in town.”
Our spies say the clandestine East End meeting between soon-to-be-divorced Madge and freshly single A-Rod occurred on Oct. 21. A chopper carrying the Yankee slugger was seen landing in East Hampton, where he was picked up in a white Porsche 911 matching the description of Jessica’s car.
Less than 40 minutes later, another helicopter that took off from Chelsea Piers with Madonna aboard landed at the same airstrip.
“A dark SUV and Jerry in another Porsche both pulled up and picked up Madonna and they headed back to Jerry’s place,” a witness told us. “When they arrived at the Seinfeld home, Madonna poked her head out the window and could be clearly seen.”
It’s not known what the Bronx Bomber, 33, and the Material Mom, 50 - who insist they are just friends - did during their stay at Seinfeld’s 12-acre spread.
“About four hours later, the dark SUV left the house and took them all back to the airport. Madonna and the Seinfelds could clearly be seen getting out and piling into the copter that had taken Madonna there in the first place. They left together,” our witness said. “Several minutes later, the helicopter that carried A-Rod also left.”
Reps for Jerry Seinfeld and A-Rod had no comment. Madonna’s flack said she was unaware of the meeting.

Sources say Madonna’s relationship with Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez was going on a lot earlier than previously thought.
I’ve told you about A-Rod’s multi million dollar ‘love shack’ in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel’s condos over on Columbus Avenue. A-Rod, according to sources, moved in around the middle of March, right before baseball season began.
There’s no question, according to insiders, that Madonna has been a steady presence at the apartment ever since then. She sort of came with the package. According to sources, Rodriguez rented the apartment without ever speaking of his wife, Cynthia. She would have been around seven months pregnant at the time.
The apartment on Columbus Circle would have kept him just five blocks from Madonna’s home base on Central Park West.
Now comes word that Rodriguez is moving out of the sublet on November 1st, and heading possibly three blocks north to the new building known as 15 Central Park West. The former site of the beloved Mayflower Hotel is now Manhattan’s most expensive apartment building, home to dozens of mega-stars and millionaires. It’s just two blocks away from Madonna.
Madonna had better watch out, though. My sources say that the now single Rodriguez is busy meeting ladies “all over the place” - perhaps his own age, or younger, maybe even sans plastic surgery. All his friendship with Madonna may have done is pry him loose of his family so he’s free to roam. On the bright side, little David Banda can get autographs to send back to Malawi.

As Madonna announces her divorce from husband Guy Ritchie, a source close to the singer said she and the New York Yankees slugger “are definitely romantic.”
“Guy is not involved in this equation,” the insider said. “With or without A-Rod, Madonna and Guy haven’t been ‘together’ for over a year - they have been privately separated. Madonna, however, wanted to finish her world tour before divorcing.”
An A-Rod source tells Us, “A-Rod and Madonna are more involved than ever.
“Alex has really missed spending time with Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna’s in.”
The source tells Us six days ago that Madonna — who dined with Rodriguez Oct. 2 at Dos Caminos in NYC — “has agreed to be discreet about her relationship with A-Rod until her tour ends and a divorce is announced.”
Madonna has been linked to Rodriguez since early July when Us Weekly broke the news that he had been making late-night visits to her Central Park West apartment in New York City.
He would sneak out “as late as midnight,” an insider told Us.
Around the time, Rodriguez’s wife, Cynthia, filed for divorce because of Rodriguez’s alleged extramarital affairs.
Madonna vehemently denied a fling, but Cynthia’s attorney said she had an “affair of the heart” with the ball player.

Madonna and New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez took in a cozy dinner for two at Dos Caminos Third Avenue on Tuesday a source said.
They pair ate at an alcove-like table in the back.
“They seemed very close,” a source said.
Rodriguez, who has donated money to her charity Raising Malawi, has yet to discuss the extent of his relationship with Madonna.
Rodriguez and his wife Cynthia settled their divorce in September.
Cynthia’s attorney, Earle Lilly, told Us that Rodriguez had an “affair of the heart” with Madonna.
In July - after more than four years of marriage - Cynthia filed for divorce, citing her husband’s alleged infidelity. The filing came shortly after Us Weekly broke the news that the slugger had been paying late-night visits to Madonna’s NYC apartment. (Madonna, who is married to Guy Richie, denied an affair, saying they were just friends.)
Their relationship came to light, a week after The Times of London reported that Madonna met with high-powered British divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton, who represented Paul McCartney in his split from Heather Mills.
According to The Times, Ritchie met with a lesser-known law firm, Forsters.
Rodriguez was smitten with Madonna six months before the scandal broke.
“He [said] he was in love her,” a friend of A-Rod recalled to Us.
By February, A-Rod had upped the ante. “”He said, ‘She’s my f–king soulmate, dude,’” the friend said.

Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez and wife Cynthia settled their bitter divorce fight, PEOPLE confirms.
Terms of the settlement were not released.
“Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez have amicably resolved their dissolution of marriage proceedings,” lawyers for the former couple say in a statement.
“They deliberately engaged in a private negotiation. During the negotiations and resolution all decisions were made with the best interests of their children as the paramount concern.”
Cynthia, 35, filed for divorce in July, saying her estranged husband – known to fans as A-Rod – “emotionally abandoned” her and their children and had a series of affairs. Her lawyer also said Rodriguez, 33, had an “affair of the heart” with Madonna that was the “last straw.”
In Cynthia’s filing, she asked to keep their $12 million Coral Gables, Fla., mansion. The mother of his two children, Natasha, 3, and Ella, five months, also wanted a cut of his earnings during their marriage. Rodriguez reportedly made $28 million this season.
But, in A-Rod’s response, he argued that the divorce settlement should be determined by their prenup, which Cynthia signed a month before their 2002 wedding.
He admitted the marriage was “irretrievably broken,” but noted Florida is a no-fault state for divorce cases and chastised Cynthia for mentioning “immaterial and impertinent” issues like his alleged “extra marital affairs and other marital misconduct.”
