Kat Von D and Nikki Sixx are no more… Von D has moved on and is now dating Jesse James, as we briefly saw in a tweet that said, “Yes, Jesse and I are dating” (soon after, she deleted the tweet!).

So, what happened with Kat Von D and Nikki Sixx? When did Kat and Nikki break up?

Kat Von D and Nikki Six first broke up in January, after reportedly dating for two years.

In January, Nikki Sixx confirmed that he and Kat Von D had split, writing on his MySpace page: “I want to wish Katherine nothing but the best in her life. She has loved and inspired the hell outta me and I know I have done the same for her in these almost two years we ruled the earth together.

We are taking a break from our relationship for reasons that we will choose to keep personal. You won’t find me saying a bad word about her and I don’t believe vice versa… We have too much wonderful history together to ever deface that.”

Kat Von D and Nikki Sixx were apparently back together a couple of months later, with Kat tweeting: “So annoyed! Contrary to silly rumors, Bam Margera and I are NOT dating. I’m currently in a relationship with Nikki. Hope that clears things up.”

Nikki Sixx appeared on the season premiere of Kat Von D’s “LA Ink,” where he interviewed then girlfriend Von D for his radio show Sixx Sense. (Check out the video clip.)

No word on when exactly Kat Von D and Nikki Sixx broke up again – they were spotted together in Sweden earlier this month.

As for Kat Von D and Jesse James dating, she was seen in Las Vegas over the weekend holding hands and having dinner with James.

Dr. Frank Ryan, who performed all of those plastic surgery procedures on Heidi Montag, died yesterday in a car crash on Pacific Coast Highway. No other people were involved in the accident.

Dr. Frank Ryan’s manager told TMZ, “I’ve known Dr. Ryan for ten years … he’s never drank, never smoked, he’s never done drugs.”

While Dr. Frank Ryan has been plastic surgeon to many stars, he made news in January when he performed all of those procedures on Heidi Montag, turning her into a human Barbie doll.

An autopsy is already underway to see if alcohol or drugs played a factor, according to TMZ.com.
